Item 8.01 Other Events.
Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (the Company) is providing an update on its planned Phase 1 clinical trial outside the United States to test the safety, durability and tolerability of the Companys product candidate OTX-TKI. The Company has initiated screening of patients in this clinical trial and expects to dose the first patient in the fourth quarter of 2018.
